At the Marriage License Bureau of the county that it took place.
You might have to file a freedom of information request in the county where the marriage took place. Should only cost a couple of bucks and a week or so wait.
Usually there is an office that handles this in the county. Unfortunatly when you try to find this office website online all kinds of crappy websites who charge for this info come up and it is really hard to find the legitimate government site.
Sometimes I say look for the city site first…..like say, google…”Wannaknow County recorders office”. The state site will come up and then poke around in there. Usually a real govt web site ends with .ORG. Not .COM That is usually a good way to weed through the fake sites. Also, you can always simple call the office and ask. It is usually called a country recorders office. They record all documented information. Good luck.
