What happens to your public record and credit report when you get evicted?

I am about to be evicted for noise complaints. Will this show on my public record? Will this show on my credit report? We DO NOT owe the land lord any money. Is there any way we can get this to not show up on both our public record and credit report if we move out with in a period of time?

   It will only show up if the landlord chooses to put it on your report or, they take you to court to sue you for damages, back rent or to get you out if you do not move on your own.

   I would say it is up to the landlord in this case though, since you say you are going to leave *quietly*. LOL

   The problem you may have, is when you go rent another place, you cannot use this landlord as a reference.
