How do I find out if somebody’s criminal history is on public record? I live in Washington State

I think you would have to know what state and county the court process was done…otherwise pay

It is a public record for sure. Do you want to know how to find it? Go to or google Washington state courts. (I’m a little suspicious if that link is right, but I just googled Washington state courts or state judiciary–I forget). On the left hit search court records. Then click on “name search.” Then there’s a disclaimer, so click “I accept.” Then you’re in the right field and type in the last name, drop down a line and type in the first name and you’ve got it. I tested it using a friend’s name in Washington, I can can now tease him about his traffic tickets.
