Most states have a searchable database of convicted child molesters and predators. If he says he is not allowed to be around children… it is probably because he abused one. You can also go to your county courthouse and request his public file. No matter what the situation is, if he says he cannot be around children… that is a red flag. Why are you even associating yourself with this loser?

Access the *** offender and sexual predator website and check the name then access the county clerk files on the internet for the county he was processed in. One of these should tell you. Try first and last name, then first, middle and last name, then middle and last name, and if he has one nicknames. Do a google search to find the websites. Good Luck.

If this person was convicted of a crime against a child of a sexual nature, he/she would have to register with the SORA, *** offender registry act, commonly known as “Megan’s Law”. If it was more along the lines of physical abuse, and this person is an adult, you can go to the local court and speak with the clerk to get the transcripts of the case, Adult cases are open to the public in most instances. You may also try to check your state.gov…. to see if there is an offender list that you can type in his/her name to see if they had done any prison time for this type of charge. I hope this was helpful to you.
