    you cant those are confidental unless you have licence or pay are involved in some type of buisness in which need these documents

    Public records are just that: public. That means you can go to the courthouse and look at them for free. They can charge you for copying them, but not for looking at them.

    Some states even put them online for free (others charge to see them there).
