How long will my public record that i was sued but case was dismissed for payment arrangements stay on record?
public record. will it ever go away? case was dismissed and i already paid it in full. so why is it on public record. when will it go away?

I don’t think court records ever go away…
It becomes a matter of public record. so any one can view it…

As far as I know, if payment arrangements have been made, it won’t show on the record. If you default on the payments, it will. However, if you have a judgement, it stays for about 20 years.
