What is the best public record website on the internet?

I am looking for the best public record website on the internet. I want a database that can look up birth certificates, marriage license, death certificates, mug shots, jail inmates, addresses, license plates, almost anything you can find out about a person while paying a fee, of course. Does anybody know the best one or few? I have tried Publicdata.com, however I was very dissapointed with the results I got, b/c you could only find very little information. Any suggestions?
