Is there any place to get a free weekly report of public record deeds that are filed when a home is sold?

Specifically, I am looking for the names and addresses of new homeowners in Burlington, MA, on a weekly basis, so that a welcome packet of information about the local businesses can be given to them. The Cambridge Registry of deeds does not provide this info. Bankers and Tradesman does but charges $200/year. Since these deeds are public record I thought someone might know of a cheaper (or free) way to access this information on a weekly basis. Thanks.
