Is attending college a matter of public record?
I am currently an undergrad student–a sophomore in college. Can state or federal agencies or just anyone look up whether or not a person is a current full-time student?
Can government agencies, such as welfare or social services agencies (DSHS, etc.) look up if you are currently a full-time student, or is this information confidential.
