Are articles of incorporation public record?




What parts of California’s incorporation filings are public record, meaning anybody can look it up? On the Secretary of State, you can find the Registered Agent, but are the Articles public record? I’ve heard both answers.

    Yes. If you can get them to answr the phone, call the sec of State Office and find out if you fcan retrieve online or wherever. Or ifyou have forever to wait, you can email them. Google california state gov.org for site info.
